Our story begins with Agent 86 Rick Forrester walking into the office of The Chief at
Control Headquarters.An important mission is about to be part of Agent 86's future.
The Chief:Good morning 86.
Agent 86:Good morning Chief,what's up?
Chief:Rick an important and highly secret mission needs to be undertaken and I want you to
be the man that takes it on.
86:Chief did you say an highly secret and important mission is to be undertaken?
Chief:Yes that's right.
86:Then I believe we should use the Cone of Silence in which to discuss it.
Chief:The Cone of Silence Rick?
86:Yes Chief The Cone of Silence!
Chief:Well if you say so,let me order it down and we can talk about the mission in there.
The Cone Of Silence,an highly secretive device used in discussing top secret information
is brought down and Rick and The Chief sit down and speak about the upcoming case.
Chief:All right Rick here is the information I am about to clue you in about this new case
I want you involved in.
86:Huh?
Chief:I said here is the information about the new case I want you involved in.
86;Do I drink gin?Well no Chief I'm a teetotaler.
Chief:What?
86:I said I don't drink gin! I don't drink at all,unless I'm thristy of course.
Chief:Can we get back at the matter at hand Rick?
86:Sure.Which band are we talking about?
Chief:Huh?
86:I said which band are we talking about?
Chief:I am not talking about a band I am talking about the important top secret matter at
hand!
86:So what is wrong with your hand Chief?Looks good to me.
The Chief asks to have the discussion be held outside the Cone Of Silence and has the
device removed.Now he begins to tell Rick about the top secret matter he has wanted to
tell him about for the past few minutes.
Chief:Rick CONTROL is faced with a very dangerous individual who has taken up with KAOS of
late,his name is called Willy Freeze.
86:Willy Freeze.What a name!Is this fellow making poison ice cream for KAOS Chief?
Chief:I wish it was something that simple Rick but Dr.Freeze's involvement with KAOS is
something far more serious.
86:Like what?
99:Good morning gentlemen.
Agent 99 has just walked into the Chief office.
Chief:Good morning 99.Agent 86 and I were talking about an very dangerous person who has
just joined KAOS.
Agent 99:And who can that be Chief?
Chief:Well 99 as I was telling Rick the fellow's name is Doctor Willy Freeze.Doctor Freeze
was a first a foremost scientist in the field of global warming.He had made certain
formulas that would help in rebuilding the polar ice caps at the North and South poles.
99:Why Chief that sounds fantastic.The problem of global warming would seem to be taken
care off.That is something must of happened to Dr.Freeze to make him join KAOS.
86:What could it have been Chief?A lack of funding for his projects?What happened?
Chief:Well Dr.Freeze had an accident that caused him to live in sub zero temperatures for
the rest of his days.You see two KAOS agents posing as CONTROL agents came to his office
one day and told him a phony story
that he planned to go to far with his global warming formulas and that they must have
them. He got into a fight with one of them and one of his formulas spilled into his mouth
causing his current condition. But that's not all.After the exchange,the Doctor swore to
get revenge on CONTROL and the United States because the formula also caused him to have a
change in terperment as well.He became bitter and thinking CONTROL was the reason for his
accident he has joined forces with KAOS.
86:So KAOS baited the Doctor and through an accident they got what they wanted all along
by posing as phony CONTROL agents.
99:Yes his talents and services.
Chief:Exactly.Now we have found out that Willy Freeze plans to launch a satellite from
Australia from a boster rocket and put it in orbit in space.From there a powerful freezing
ray shall shoot down and freeze instantly any large metropolitian area in the world.
86:So that's his plan.It sure beats poison ice cream.
99:Poison ice cream?
Chief:We discussed that before you came in 99 but right now Dr.Freeze is still here
in Washington,we have had him under survelliance for some time now.
The Chief takes a phone call.
Chief:That was agent 13 at the Sheraton Hotel near Dulles Airport.Doctor Freeze is planing
to leave the country.If he gets away then all bets are off.Rick,you and 99 go to the
Sheraton Hotel and meet agents 13 and 73 there. Agent 13 is working undercover as a taxi
cab driver while agent 73 is working undercover as a maid there.
86:So what disguises will 99 and I wear at the hotel Chief?

Agent 86 gets his answer as he is stationed outside the Sheraton Hotel in Washington
near Dulles Airport.He now speaks to agent 13 thru his super secret cel phone device.
Agent 13:Nice to hear from you again 86.
86:That is easy for you to say 13.You are disguised as a taxi cab driver.I am disguised a
chicken advertising Jim Dandy Fried Chicken in the hotel lobby
13:In that disguise no one shall know who you are 86,they will hardly figure you are a
CONTROL agent.
86:That is easy for you to say 13 you are talking from a cel phone dressed up as a
wallet.I am taking from a cel phone dressed up as a drum stick.
13;Is any of that chicken any good?
86:I don't know.I almost took a bite out of the cel phone drum stick.
73:Agent 73 reporting,agent 73 reporting.
86:What have you got 73?
Agent 73:I have spotted Dr,Willy Freeze.He is headed downstairs and to his car and on his
way to the airport.
86:That is great 73.What is he dressed like?
73:He is wearing a big brown fur coat with a Russian bear cap if you can believe it.
86:I can't.It is about 93 degrees today I feel like a fried chicken in this chicken
outfit.
73;Can anyone follow him he is about ready to leave?
86:Why not you 73 you are on the same floor as he is?
73:I would but my boss is telling me to get to the bathrooms on the next floor.
86:How about you 13?
13:I am on the other side of the hotel where the ground parking lot is and someone wants
me to take them to the airport.
86:What!Taking someone to the airport over national sercurity.
13:He is going to give me a 100 dollar tip if I get there in five minutes.Bye.
86:What about you 99?
99:I am in photo booth on the parking lot level.If he comes out I can get to him.
86:Wait a minute I think I see Dr.Freeze and he is headed to the parking lot downstairs.He
is getting the elevator and going downstairs to the parking lot.
99:Don't lose him Rick!
Agent 86 does follow the fellow descibed earlier by agent 73 as
Dr.Willy Freeze.He comes up behind him and orders him to surrender.
86:All right Dr.Freeze hands up you are coming with me.
But Rick has stopped an elderly person who just happens to be wearing the same outfit that
Dr.Freeze was supposed to be wearing.
86:Sorry old timer.I thought you were an dangerous person to our national security.
Old Timer:I can't be a danger to anybody at my age believe me.Especially without my
Viagra.
Agent 99 has seen what is perhaps the real Dr.Freeze walking to a car in the downstairs
parking lot.
Dressed a cheerleader,with a red sweater with a big white C on it and wearing white and
red shoes and wearing a very short white skirt,99 approaches her intended target
99:Hold Dr.Freeze I have you.
Willy Freeze:So CONTROL has finally caught up with me eh?
99:Just turn around slowly and keep your hands on top of your head.
WF:It would be better for all concerned for CONTROL to let me do what I intend to do young
lady.
99:Please Dr.Freeze,there is no need for bitterness we can help you.
WF:But who shall help you my dear?
99;What do you mean?
Agent 99 hears a soft feminine voice telling her to put her gun down there is a gun aimed
at her.Agent 99 puts her gun down and put her hands on top of her head.Then Willy Freeze
grabs the female agent and tosses her over his right shoulder.
99;I don't believe it.You've you've captured me.
WF:Yes I have captured you my dear and it was almost too easy.
99:You vile creep,you threw your voice and made it sound as if someone else was behind me.
WF:You catch on fast my five foot nine inch blond hair hostage.But as beautiful as you are
I need you no longer.
99:What do you plan to do to me?
WF:I shall find a suitable trunk to dispose of you in and then begin my plans for world
domination with KAOS!
99:There are no words to descibe such villany!CONTROL shall get you and when they OHH!
WF:And now for you no more words.
Doctor Freeze walks around with 99 draped over his shoulder and then finds an car with an
old Japanese couple.They don't realize Freeze quickly reopens their car trunk and pushes
99 into the trunk of the car.
Agent 86 and 73 meet downstairs and quickly regroup.
86:73!
73:I was able to get away for a few minutes.I think I see the real Dr.Freeze.86 look there
is Dr.Freeze and I believe he is carrying 99.It looks like she's been overpowered by him.
86:That is 99 all right,Her disguise was as a cheerleader.
73:Rick look Dr.Freeze is dumping 99 into a car trunk and the car is about to leave.You
have got to go after that car and save 99.
86:Right.You keep an eye on where Dr.Freeze goes if you can.I am on my way.
73:In that?In a chicken outfit?
86;At least the police won't stop me.
73:Why?
86:Because they shall now know the real reason why the chicen crossed the road...to save a
brave fellow CONTROL agent.
Thankfully Rick's car isn't very far from where he and agent 73 are.He gets in and follows
the elderly Japanese couple and their car which has 99 trapped inside the trunk.
They go for miles and miles until the elderly Japanese couple finally stop in Landover
Maryland.There they stop their car in their driveway.
At that point agent 86 finally drives up and comes to meet the elderly Japanese male
driver.
86:Sir if you don't mind opening your trunk?
The trunk is opened and agent 86 grabs agent 99 and throws her over his shoulder.
86:Thank you dear friend.What you did was helpful in the cause of national security,thank
you very much.
The elderly Japanese couple wonder what does a man dressed as a chicken have to do with
national sercurity?

Back at the office of the Chief both 86 and 99 meet with the Chief on their next plans to
stop Dr.Freeze.
Chief:Well Dr.Freeze got away.He is on his way to Australia.
99:It is all my fault Chief if I hadn't fallen for his dirty tricks,we would have him in
custody.
Chief:Do not blame yourself 99,Willy Freeze is a tricky fellow.And much more dangerous now
working for KAOS.
86:You could blame me I got the wrong man downstairs.He wanted some coupons for a bucket
of chicken though.I gave him one for a 12 piece meal.
Chief:Well now we have someone who could help us in capturing the Doctor.Here she is now
Ms.Jackie Snow.Ms.Snow how are you let me introduce to you agents 86 and 99.
Jackie Snow:It is a pleasure to meet you both believe me.
Chief:Ms.Snow has written a book about Dr,Freeze and she has some valuable information
about his supposed whereabouts.
JS:Thank you Chief.Well in a nutshell Dr,Freeze holds up in a place called Snowcone
Mountain.In truth he is building a launching pad for his criminal satallite and I believe
is just about finished.
99;Why would he go to Australia anyway?
JS:It is winter down there now as a matter of fact that is what I called
my book about him "The Other Side Of Summer".It is very important you get to him
right away or KAOS shall have a weapon that shall make them invinsible.
86:He plans to shoot a freezing ray that could turn buildings into popsicles,am I right?
JS:Cities,towns,anything on the ground.Anything in the United States especially.
86:That is it Chief we must get Willy Freeze as soon as possible.When can we leave?
Chief:I have a jet plane ready to take you to the hideout where Ms.Snow had alerted us as
to where he is headed.
Suddenly two crates are brought into the Chief's office.
Truck driver:Is somebody here named Rick Forrester?
86;I am.
Truck driver;Sign this.Thanks.
The crates are open.Everyone is surprised by the fact that two CONTROL agents are found in
two blocks of solid ice.
99:Oh my God!
JS:Unbelieveable!
Chief:What does the letter say Rick?
86:It says that unless I am stopped in the next 48 hours my satellite shall be launched
and city after city in America shall be put on ice like CONTROL agents 12 and 21.
99:12 and 21,well that is December 21 the first day of winter in the Western Hemispehere.
Chief:And a cold cruel show of humor by Dr.Freeze.They can be thrawed out but it will take
time.
JS:Time which you may not have,which makes me ask if I can lead these two agents on their
mission to Dr,Freeze's hideaway?
Chief;By all means any little bit helps right now.Sure Ms.Snow if you wish to help?
JS:I do.
99:Then it is set,we shall get our cool cruel adversary.
86:Or the heatwave in Washington will finally end.If Dr.Freeze could do it I wouldn't mind
staying in town for the cool weather.

Agents 86 and 99 finally reach a tall building 355 high on top of what is Snowcone
Mountain.The three are on top of the building right now.
86:Well here we are on top of Snowcone Mountain.
99;This building is 355 high.The first day of winter is the 355th day of the year.
JS:Very observant agent 99.You agree agent 86?
86;Yes Ms.Snow very observant.Now Ms.Snow is there any thing we should looking for while
we are here?
JS:Yes look at that Mountain over there both of you.Stand right here and look at it for a
moment.
86:What is so special about it Ms.Snow?
JS:THIS!
Suddenly a trapdoor is sprung and agents 86 and 99 are falling into a padded room 2 feet
below.
A few moments later,dressed up like a pair of figure skaters,86 in a long overall period
costume and 99 in a short pink dress,they are met up by their host Dr.Willy Freeze.
WF:Well we meet again my young friend.It would be a shame to send such youth and beauty
back to America in a large ice cube,and I really do not want to do it.
86:Well I sorry you feel that way Freeze but if you must...
99:I think he means me Rick.
WF:You both are in skates and in your figure skating costumes because in this facilty
everyone wears ice skates.Even Ms Jackie Snow.
JS:I sure do my love and I think it is wonderful what is about to happen.
86:So you are working for KAOS eh Ms Snow.Working on the side of good is what you wanted
huh?
JS:I want to be on the winning side and that is on the side of Dr Freeze and KAOS!
WF:Are there any last things you wish to say before I begin with the five minute countdown
and ice you and your girlfriend for good Rick Forrester?
86:Yes,will you light up this pipe,I want to have a last smoke before I go.
99;Rick,I didn't know you smoked.
86:Well you do now 99.
WF:Here take my pipe,
86:Light it with this match Doctor.
The Doctor lights up a match that causes an explosion.It is a special match that can cause
a quick expolsion went struck.A clever CONTROL invention.Several members of Willy
Freeze's team are knocked cold from the blast.
Agents 86 and 99 take care of the rest as they use their fighting skills to stop their
enemies.
Rick Forrester is still in a tough fight with one thug ,who accidently knocks out Jackie
Snow with a punch.
Willy Freeze tries to escape but 99 catches up with him.He quickly overpowers the girl
throws her over his shoulder and carries her up a ladder to the top of the cone of the
space capulse.
Rick finally overcoming the last thug climbs up after the Doctor.They struggle up top for
a few minutes until Dr.Freeze slips and falls down to the very bottom of the spacecraft.
Agents 86 and 99 head down to the command room in the facility and finally are able to
stop the countdown making the spacecraft's chances of flight impossible.
99:Oh Rick poor Dr.Freeze.He wasn't really a terribe man he just was influenced by the
wrong people and now look what has happened.
86:It is true 99.He was destined for much better things.The world definitely needed his
talents.Especially when it came to air conditioning.
