Two agents for CONTROL are heading back to Washington D.C. to have a conservation with The
Chief of CONTROL over a very sensitive case involving national sercurity.
Agent 86:Sorry you had to wait all that time at the airport in Pittsburgh
42,but I got lost because I got the wrong map,it will never happen again I assure you.
Agent 42:No problem 86.In fact I loved my little stay at the airport waiting for you.I saw
two young boys fighting over who was better Eninem or Puff Daddy,they really were going at
each other with their language.
Agent 86:How old were these kids 42?
Agent 42:About six or seven give or take a few months.That wasn't all I saw two people who
were about to be on Jerry Springer.
Agent 86:Get outta here.
Agent 42:No they were arguing already,they were pretty mad at each other although they
were related.
Agent 86:What show were they going to be in,did you get to find out what the title of the
show they were going to be on?
Agent 42:They were married and I believe I think they were going to be on a show called
"I am leaving you and marrying your brother"
Agent 86:Someone leaves their husband to marry an in law?
Agent 42:No 86,the husband was leaving his wife to marry HER brother.
Agent 86:Oh.
Agent 42: Then I saw these two old grannies fighting each other,they had to call security
and have them arrested,they went nuts they had the best fight of all.
Agent 86:Oh yeah well what were they fighting over?
Agent 42;What do you think women their age would fight about,soap operas.Can you believe
that 86,getting yourself arrested and over soapoperas I mean really.
Agent 86:Isn't that the truth 42,those kind of shows are out of this world,I mean I
couldn't see myself being a character in one of those things.
Agent 42:No 86 we are in the spy business and I have something of such great importance
well I can't wait to the the Chief about it.
Agent 86:So important you can't tell me anything about this case?
Agent 42:No 86 as soon as we get to CONTROL hedaquarters I will see the Chief right away
about this case.
Agent 42 has his beeper phone go off,he takes the time to answer it.
Agent 42:Hello,hello,HELLO.Is anyone there on the other line hello?
Agent 42 then straightens up.He starts to shake his head and drops his beeper phone and
starts to stare out into space.
Agent 86:Agent 42 what's the matter,what's wrong who was on the other line?
Agent 42:I don't know.Who are you?Where are we going?Why did you call me by a number
and not use my real name?
Agent 86:Because your name is classified to an extent,we have numbers to identify
ourselves.
Agent 42:Since when?You didn't answer my questions who am I and where are we going?
Agent 86:You're kidding you mean you know?You know anything about yourself your job your
mission?
Agent 42:No.And furthermore I have to ask you something else,who are you?
Agent 86:I am agent 86 Rick Forrester of CONTROL and you are agent 42 and we are headed to
Washington,now what happen 42 to your memory,don't you remember anything?
Agent 42:NO!I can't remember anything I have seemed to have lost my memory.

Agent 86 arrives at CONTROL headquarters.He is having a discussion with The Chief of
CONTROL and fellow workmate,agent 99.
Agent 86:Chief I couldn''t believe it we were talking about Enimem,Jerry
Springer,and soap operas and all of the sudden ,just as soon as we are about to talk about
the case he was invovled in he says he can't remember a thing.
The Chief:Well he didn't say anything about the case he was involved in at all did he?
Agent 86:No he said nothing about and wasn't going to reveal anything until he got a call
on his beeper phone.
Agent 99:He took the call from this beeper Chief we have checked the records of all the
calls that came to this phone.Nothing seems unusual or suspicious about where the calls
from.
Chief:That means whoever made this call to 42 was able to steal his memory.That is aout
the sixteenth CONROL agent to have this happen to them in recent months I must say.
Agent 86 :You mean somone was able to steal agent 42's memory while on the phone,and could
have done it using any phone?
Chief:Yes Rick it is now quite possible and it is now certain KAOS is again behind all
this,just how they are doing this we don't know.
Agent 99:Chief whoever made this call knows where certain CONTROL agent are and when vital
information is needed they can simply make a call and erase the agent's memory of
the case they were working on and everything about them.
Chief:That is it 99 in a nutshell,a easy and terribly frightening new means of terror from
KAOS.
Agent 86:Yes new and frightening all right.Now I know why agent 47 hasn't called me back
about the two hundred dollars he owes me.Chief is agent 47 on the list of CONTROL agents
that have been victimized by this?
Chief:Yes Rick but I don't believe you two hundred dollars agent 47 owes you is all that
important right now.
Agent 86:That is true Chief,agent 47 also knows about the details of the assasination
attempt on the life of Congresswoman Gonzalez' life,he and I were working on that case a
few months ago.
Chief:And do you remember about that case Rick?
Agent 86:No,it was sometime ago,I have forgotten everything about the case.
Chief:And without the help of KAOS too can you believe it?
Agent 99:Chief,Congresswoman Gonzalez is going to speak at the United Front luncheon for
Federal Employees today at 1:00 P.M.Should we send someone over there for her protection?
Chief:Yes 99 I would like you and Rick to go out there and make sure no harm is
done to the Congresswoman.Ms.Gonzalez has been very helpful to CONTROL in the past in
terms of getting money funded for CONTROL and its operations,plus she has been helpful in
possible wrongdoing by others in the federal government in terms of espionage against the
government by
KAOS and others.
Agent 86:Well then it is settled,99 and I will go to this luncheon and make sure the
Congresswoman is safe.
Agent 99:Chief do you think that the use of our phone system here at CONTROL will be safe
to use considering what has happened to the 16 agents that have lost their memories?
Chief:99 all CONTROL agents still have their wristband watches that will read out
any message they may get from anyone.Whoever is doing has seen this done for the last time
for the entire organization is under full security alert.
Agent 86:The Chief is right 99.For right after the incident with agent 42 unfolded I was
put in charge of handling the security of the phone service here at CONTROL.That memory
erasing incident with agent 42 was the last time it shall happen.
The Chief receives a phone call on one of his phones.He picks it up and answers.He then
drops the phone and starts staring into space.
Agent 99:Who was that Chief?Chief why are you looking at us that way,what's
wrong?
Agent 86:Hey Chief what's the matter Chief it's me it's me Rick.
The Chief:Why do you call me Chief?Is that my real name?Who are you and where am I and why
don't you call me by my name?
Agent 86:Chief you can't have lost your memory too,could you?Not you.
Agent 99:I believe the same thing that happened to agent 42 Rick has happened
to the Chief he has lost his memory.
Agent 86:Well 99 the best thing that can be said about this bleak situation is that the
Chief won't remember that I was supposed to have had this phone memory stealing thing
taken care off,at least for now I'm off the hook.

Agents 86,99,13,and 73 all huddle together in the Chief's office as they ponder what to do
next.
Agent 13:You can lose some agents to something like this,but the head of the organization?
Agent 73:I agree with agent 13,this is too unreal,the phone call came in the office of the
Chief no less.
Agent 99:There is though an explanation for everything and certainly there is an
explanation for this.
Agent 86:99 is right,I have had everyone from the phone company look over the Chief phones
right now and certainly something will be found.
Agent 13:Has anything been found 86?
Agent 86:No.They have gone through these phones and they have found nothing.
Agent 73:I hope we don't have to use tin cans with strings and wire or use smoke signals
or even worse the cone of silence,we might as well use sign language.
Agent 99:It won't come to that but you have to wonder about something.
Agent 86:What 99?
Agent 99:If KAOS is capable of doing this then why haven't they done this to more
agents,they have the capabilty.
Agent 13:Maybe they are picking there spots getting certain agents in high profile cases.
Agent 73:The Chief was affected by this they picked a very high spot indeed,they have made
their point emphatically.
Agent 86:It is my feeling that KAOS will do this again I can't help but believe they will
use this device against the general public sooner or later.
The phones in the Chief's office are put back together and there is a phone that rings.The
agents don't know what to do as they are quizzical about what they can do.
Agent 99;Rick answer the phone on the teletype phone ,we can read what is being said
without having to here anything if anything that is.
Agent 86:Good thinking 99.
Agent 13:The person is crafty but this is the message.
Agent 73:It says,"you where smart enough not to answer the phone in the regular way
but if you want to see a sample of my power again and if you want the memories of the
Chief and the other CONTROL agents I have hit,come to the luncheon for Congresswoman
Gonzalez this afternoon if you dare."
Agent 86:All right the four of us will go to that luncheon together,maybe we can find out
who is doing all this to our agents.What are you doing with agent 42's beeper 99?
Agent 99:I am bringing it along as a good luck charm,I think we should take this with us.

The four CONTROL agents arrive at the luncheon that will have Congresswoman Rita
Gonzalez,a friend of CONTROL,as one of the speakers.
Agent 86:Here we are,I don't see anything out ordinary right now but I suggest we keep on
the lookout.
Agent 99:13,73,the both of you should introduce yourselves to the Congresswoman while Rick
and I wait in the lobby.
Agent 13:Sure,let's go 73.
Agent 86:It is too bad we can't mix business with pleasure here the food here looks
great,I can smell the barbucue from here 99.
Agent 99:Rick I believe Congresswoman Gonzalez is a vegetarian,she is a friend of PETA as
much as a friend of CONTROL.
Agent 86:That isn't barbucue I'm smelling then?
Agent 99:It is quite possibly collard greens smothered in vinegar.
Agent 86:But why,why,these people have come to eat among other things.
Agent 99:Because she is on the side of decency and niceness 86.
Agent 99 notices something in the corner of her eye.Someone trying to break into their car
out the hotel where the luncheon is being held.
Meanwhile agents 13 and 73 introduce themselves to Congresswoman Gonzalez.They would like
to say more to her but then her celphone goes off and she answers it.
Agents 13 and 73 then watch Ms.Gonzalez answer her phone,drop it and stare into space.
Agent 13:Is there something wrong Congresswoman,here is your phone you dropped.
Gonzalez:Why do you call me Congresswoman?What am I doing here?
Agent 73:Congresswoman Gonzalez you are here to speak today ,you speak to all those people
in a few minutes.
Gonzalez:All those people out there?Why? And among other things who are you both and who
am I?
Agent 73:13 she's lost it,it was the phone call she took ,her memory has been erased.
Agent 13:Well I'll be,let's get her to safety before anyone else notices
Meanwhile Agent 99 still sees the car thief trying to break into agent 86's car in front
of the hotel.She goes out there to stop the thief.
As she pulls her gun out on him two others come from behind and grab her and throw her
into the trunk of a taxi that is driving by. Rick sees this and follows 99 in the
taxi that has abducted her.The taxi finally drives into a warehouse that has its garage
door open up when the taxi comes up and closes behind it once it goes in. Rick breaks into
the warehouse he wanders around looking for 99.He tries to make sure doesn't overlook
anything and stays on the lookout for a possible sniper in the vicinity.
He finally hears something and then sees something.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:Hold it Mr.Forrester.
A woman is holding 99 by the arm as she has a gun pointed to her head.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:Welcome agent 86.I am Doctor Melanie Emily Mary Olivia Ryee.I work for KAOS
as you probably have suspected .
Agent 86:I have.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:I specialize in the world of the nervous system Mr.Forrester,and it was I who
took the memories of those CONTROL agents including your Chief with my memory eraser
device.
Agent 99:She did it with the beeper phone agent 42 had Rick.Agent 42 took with a cel phone
from an agent he thought was dead but still alive,the only thing was this agent had his
memory removed.When 42 took his phone Dr.Ryee was able to locate him and hone her device
on him once he took a call from his phone.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:There is a special humm that once heard robs the victim of their memory when
used.When you brought agent 42's phone into the Chief's office I was able to contract the
Chief's phone number at CONTROL and use my fiendish device on him.
Agent 99:Fiendish is a good word to use although I can think off some others to describe
somebody like you.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:That will be enough from you young lady.It is a shame that someone so pretty
so young and daring would have to die today,believe I want to spare you.
Agent 86:Well thank you Dr,Ryee,I agree with your point so much,it would be a shame to get
rid of me.
Agent 99:I think she means me Rick.
Agent 86:Oh.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:I do mean this tall short skirted young lady but I mean to kill you both as
you both know too much about this operation.I am leaving for the airport right now.I will
have my associates kill you there and then depose of your bodies so noone shall find you.
The two agents ,shoved in the back of a car trunk,reach the airport where they are to be
eliminated.A lear jet is waiting to take
Dr.M.E.M.O.Ryee out of the U.S. to a friendly country. Once one of the Doctors goons open
up the trunk however Agents 86 and 99 punch their way out and run out of the trunk where a
gun battle begins.Soon only Rick and another goon are still battling it out with gunfire.
Meanwhile 99 moves to the other side of Rick.She is caught from behind by one of Ryee's
goons.The goon lifts 99 in a over the shoulder and carries her to the lear jet.There the
stunned agent is shoved head first into one of the lear jet's engines.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:Good my friends shove her in real tight.
agent 99:RICK help RICK!
Rick comes in and gets two of the remaining goons after dispatching the other goon and
after helps 99 out of the jet engine he turns his attention to Dr,Ryee.
Agent 86:Hold up Doctor,you won't catch any flight out of here.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:I came so close.The only question what will you do with me now.
agent 86:You will give back those memories that you erased from your victims in the past
few months , and then you will get a fair trial in our criminal justice system.
M.E.M.O.Ryee:Why don't you just kill me after I restore to those I stole the memories
back,I would want that more than jail?
Agent 86:Because we are a people of decency and niceness,and we are on the side of
goodness,and that side always prevails.
